Prediction Model of Pumpkin Rootstock Seedlings Based on Temperature and Light Responses

Temperature and light are the key factors that affect quality of pumpkin rootstock seedlings’ growth process. Responses to temperature an important basis for optimizing greenhouse environment. In order determine quantitative effects on development (Cucurbita moschata cv. RTWM6018) seedlings, relationships between temperature, light, seedlings were established using regression analysis. The results indicated daily average had a significant negative correlation with time shoot dry weight increased within certain range integral (DLI). We prediction model seedling indicators (hypocotyl length, stem diameter, weight, root ratio, index) based thermal effectiveness photosynthetic photon flux density (TEP). coefficient determinations (R2) hypocotyl length index models accumulated TEP, 0.707 0.834, respectively. y1 = 0.001 x2 − 0.180 x + 13.057 y2 0.008 x0.722, respectively, which could be used predicting grown under different conditions.
